Rep. Sharice Davids, who represents Kansas’s 3rd congressional district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared updates on her public health efforts, local business partnerships, and concerns over agricultural trade policies through a series of posts on her official social media account.
On October 20, 2025, Davids posted about her visit to a local health clinic, stating, “Got my flu shot and COVID booster at the Johnson County Public Health clinic in Olathe! A quick stop that helps keep our families and communities healthy. #GetVaccinated https://t.co/SWppp8Q16o”.
The following day, Davids highlighted her ongoing collaboration with business leaders, writing on October 21, 2025: “Glad to meet with the @opchamber team and proud of our partnership in supporting the local businesses that keep our economy running. https://t.co/oL8deYrBrZ”.
Later that same day, she addressed trade issues affecting Kansas farmers. In her post, Davids stated, “Reckless tariffs are cutting off places for KS farmers to sell their goods. We should be opening doors for rural America — not closing them. https://t.co/PWKBN33Wip”.
Sharice Davids has served as the U.S. Representative for Kansas’s 3rd District since 2019, after succeeding Kevin Yoder. She was born in Frankfurt, West Germany in 1980 and currently resides in Roeland Park. Davids holds a BA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a JD from Cornell University.
