Graduates earn 14 degrees from Kansas Christian College

About 42.9 percent of the 14 degrees and certificates handed out by Kansas Christian College in 2017-18 were to students in theology and religious vocations programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Park conferred 4 associate's degrees and 2 bachelor's degrees in theology and religious vocations programs.

But the single most popular program was for a associate's degree in general studies. Data shows the school gave out 3 associate's degrees in general studies, followed by 2 bachelor's degrees in pastoral studies/counseling and 2 associate's degrees in youth ministry.

The college enrolled 151 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
