The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Sharice Davids, Sharice for Congress, refunded $800 to Donald Chambers on Sept. 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Sharice for Congress has refunded $3,460 total since April 1.
