The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Sharice Davids, Sharice for Congress, refunded $5,000 to Judith Burns Fishman on Aug. 13, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Sharice for Congress has refunded $5,160 total since March 1.
