The City of Gardner will hold its annual Independence Day Festival on Monday, July 4, at Celebration Park, 32501 W. 159th St.
This concert celebration will feature country music star Niko Moon-singer of the chart-toppers “Good Time” and “Paradise to Me.” Other popular acts will take the stage, including rising country artists After Midtown, die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan Blane Howard who sings the team’s anthem “Run it Back,” and returning fan-favorite Big Time Grain Co.
In addition to musical entertainment, families can enjoy several food vendors, face painting, portable zip lines, and a fireworks display finale.
Festivities will begin at 3 p.m. The concert and activities are free and open to all ages. Find out more details about the event, including parking/shuttle service, at www.gardnerkansas.gov/July4.
This event is made possible through the support of city sponsors Cosentino’s Price Chopper, Hague Quality Water, Hampton Inn and TradeNet.
