U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D., recently joined Capitol Report to shed light on the revelations surrounding the Covid-19 lab leak theory. In the interview, Senator Marshall highlighted the admissions made by Dr. Fauci and Former NIH Director, Dr. Collins, that support the legitimacy of this theory. He emphasized that he has been sounding the alarm on this issue for years, even releasing a comprehensive report outlining the timeline and evidence pointing to the virus leaking from a lab in Wuhan, China.

Senator Marshall expressed his frustration with Dr. Fauci's reversal on the lab leak theory, stating, "Let me just start by saying that there is a huge body of evidence out there, that if I could get in front of the jury, that they would find the Chinese Communist Party guilty of leaking this virus from a laboratory out of Wuhan, China."

He also criticized the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) for withholding information about the virus for two weeks before reporting it, stating, "We could have started on that vaccination process two weeks earlier, at a minimum, but the fact that they hid what was going on there, they continued to say over and over again, that this was not transmitted person to person."

Addressing Dr. Fauci's support for Covid-19 lockdowns, Senator Marshall expressed his disagreement, saying, "This one size fits all approach by the government was actually the worst thing. I think it was malpractice for him to say, you need to shut your schools down, six feet of social distancing, that masks helped, that the vaccine is going to prevent transmission."

Senator Marshall also highlighted the threat that the CCP poses to America and the efforts they have made to cover up the origins of Covid-19. He stated, "The Chinese Communist Party has killed all the witnesses. So many of the people, the witnesses that wanted to share information, have just mysteriously died."

He further added, "Even the person that was doing the vaccine research, and probably where it was leaked from, that person has died as well. They’ve taken down all the DNA sequences from our laboratory banks, as well as their own laboratory banks."

Senator Marshall expressed concerns about the CCP's continued research on Covid variants and their impact on national security, stating, "When they’re continuing this type of research, that definitely affects our national security. Even again, last week, we found out that they’re working on a Covid virus that impacts the brain rather than the lungs."

In addition to the health risks, Senator Marshall highlighted the economic implications of the CCP's actions, stating, "The Chinese Communist Party is constantly stealing our intellectual property to the tune of maybe $500 billion a year as well. So a lot of concerns, national security issues on this."
