Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D., has taken a firm stance against the foreign aid bill that proposes an additional $60 billion to Ukraine. In a recent statement, Senator Marshall expressed his concerns regarding the allocation of funds, emphasizing the priorities of the American people.

Senator Marshall highlighted the challenges faced by the United States under the current administration, stating, “Under the Biden Administration, Venezuelan drug cartels have been given more operational control of our southern border than U.S. Border Patrol agents.” He further raised alarm about the issue of illegal immigration, noting, “More than 11 million illegal aliens, including thousands of Chinese nationals, have been imported into every state in America – and we have absolutely no idea who these people are.”

Regarding the foreign aid bill, Senator Marshall criticized the decision to provide additional financial support to Ukraine, stating, “We cannot continue selling our grandchildren down a river and sending another $60 billion that we do not have to Ukraine – that’s on top of the $125 billion we’ve already sent with no oversight or accountability.” He emphasized the importance of prioritizing national interests, declaring, “Enough is enough. For me, it will always be America first – our safety, health, and security above all else.”

The Senator's remarks reflect his commitment to advocating for the well-being and security of the American people. As debates continue over foreign aid and national security priorities, Senator Marshall's statement underscores the importance of putting America's interests first.
