U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. and Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) have introduced an amendment and legislation, The No Flights For Terrorists Act, aiming to put individuals on the no-fly list if they have shown support for violence against Jewish people or terrorist groups. This legislative response addresses the antisemitic and pro-Hamas movements on college campuses. Senator Marshall stated, "Hamas terrorist sympathizers don’t just hate Israel, they hate America and everything we stand for." Senator Blackburn added, "It is unacceptable for terrorist sympathizers to threaten the safety of Jewish students in America with little to no consequence." The senators call for immediate placement on the TSA No Fly List for those promoting terrorism or engaging in terrorist acts on behalf of Hamas.
