On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Olathe West Senior High School standout Andrew Evans’ current college team, the Kansas State Wildcats, won 12-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Saint Joseph's Hawks.

The game took place at Springs Brooks Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Hawks this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 17 at 3:30 p.m. at Springs Brooks Stadium against Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.
