On September 21, 2025, Davids posted about a visit to a local business: "Got to visit Merk Animal Health in De Soto and saw firsthand how they’re advancing animal health across the country."
The following day, on September 22, 2025, she addressed concerns over healthcare costs related to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) tax credits: "If the current ACA tax credits are allowed to expire, thousands of families will see their health care costs go up. I'm working to ensure that doesn't happen."

Sharice Davids has served in Congress since replacing Kevin Yoder in 2019. She was born in Frankfurt, West Germany in 1980 and currently resides in Roeland Park. Davids holds a BA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and earned her JD from Cornell University.
