OLATHE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: AT&T Names Kocour Boyle as Kansas President

Olathe Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.

Molly Kocour Boyle has been appointed President, AT&T Kansas. In this role, Kocour Boyle will work closely with community leaders, policymakers, employees, business leaders and customers to fulfill AT&T’s objective to inspire human progress through the power of communication and entertainment.

Kocour Boyle has been with AT&T for more than a decade with positions in Washington, D.C. and Kansas. She was previously served as a director of external affairs.

“Molly has a deep understanding of our industry and a strong background in public policy, as well as a passion for the great state of Kansas,” said Steve Hahn, President, AT&T Mid States. “I am confident she will do a great job as President – AT&T Kansas and I look forward to what the future holds for our customers and for communities across the state.”

“AT&T has a long history of positively impacting local communities, and I am excited to continue our legacy of investment, job creation, innovation and community engagement in my home state,” Kocour Boyle said. “In a quickly changing world, Kansas is on track for success thanks to the hard work and commitment of local and state leaders. I look forward to working with them to ensure that Kansas is well positioned for growth and success in the evolving global economy.”

Born in Wichita and raised in Lawrence, Kocour Boyle is a fourth-generation Kansan and second-generation AT&T-employee. Kocour Boyle attended the University of Kansas where she earned bachelor’s Degrees in Journalism and Political Science. She is a member of the 2021 class of Centurions, the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce’s two-year leadership development program.

In addition to her responsibilities with AT&T, Kocour Boyle is involved in community and charitable activities, including early childhood education as well as mental health wellness and youth suicide prevention through AT&T’s Believe Kansas City initiative. She is a member of the board of directors for Jobs for America’s Graduates and the Kansas Chamber of Commerce.  

Kocour Boyle and her husband, John-David (J-D), live in northeast Kansas with their three children.
