The next Employee Spotlight is on Karla Efurd! Karla is the Deputy Finance Director for the City of Abilene and has been employed with us for 19 years! Karla is a self-proclaimed nerd and likes when her numbers come out right.
Fun Facts About Karla:
- She loves to read especially Stephen King and has plans to travel to the Stanley Hotel in Colorado where he wrote, “The Shining.”
- She is married to her husband, Chris and has two daughters, Kristen & Carrie.
- She knows the maximum airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow. Do you?
