U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D., appeared on The Big Money Show to discuss the Boeing CEO's testimony before Congress, President Joe Biden’s executive order on immigration, and the GOP’s priorities for the upcoming November elections.
On the topic of Boeing's safety culture, Senator Marshall expressed concerns about recent whistleblower incidents. "We have two whistleblowers that have died since the accusation, and the other one’s been transferred. So what are they doing differently today? We want to make sure that they are indeed safe. That’s my top priority today," he stated. He emphasized that it is up to Boeing to restore public confidence: "Ultimately, it’s going to be up to Boeing to turn this thing around... because eventually they’ll be the judge, and right now Boeing is struggling with their reputation."
Regarding Kansas suing Pfizer over alleged misrepresentation and adverse effects of the COVID-19 vaccine, Marshall criticized federal government actions. "I think this comes down to a federal government overreach once again... From February on, [Anthony Fauci] led a huge propaganda campaign telling us that the vaccine was all things for everybody... And I think that they over-promised and under-delivered." He highlighted early complications such as cardiomyopathy and myocarditis primarily affecting young males.
Marshall also addressed Biden's new border policy granting legal status to immigrant spouses of U.S. citizens. "This is the wrong policy at the wrong time," he said, referencing recent crimes involving illegal immigrants. He argued that national security should be prioritized over election concerns: "Joe Biden... sees this as an election issue, totally ignoring the fact that we’re going to lose 300 Americans today from fentanyl poisoning."
Discussing GOP priorities for November, Marshall outlined key focus areas: securing the border, increasing domestic oil production ("drill, baby drill"), and extending tax cuts initiated during Trump's administration. He noted these policies would likely succeed only if Republicans control all three branches of government.
