U.S. Senator Roger Marshall will serve as a key founding member of the Senate Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) Caucus. This new caucus aims to work in conjunction with President Trump's newly established DOGE, led by Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy.

Senator Marshall expressed his concerns about government inefficiencies, stating, "The Federal Government’s waste, fraud, and abuse has left America as a shell of what she once was, and in a historic national debt crisis." He emphasized the need for change, saying, "The American people gave us a mandate. They are tired of the status quo bureaucracy that strangles businesses in unnecessary regulations... Enough is enough; it’s past time for three letter agencies and unelected D.C. bureaucrats to come down to reality and remember ‘We the People’ sign their checks."

Senator Joni Ernst from Iowa will chair this caucus. Other members include Senators John Cornyn of Texas, Ted Budd of North Carolina, Mike Lee of Utah, Rick Scott of Florida, and James Lankford of Oklahoma.
