U.S. Senators Roger Marshall, John Cornyn, and their Republican colleagues have introduced the Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act. This legislation aims to allow individuals with concealed carry permits in their home state to exercise those rights in any other state that permits concealed carry, while adhering to the laws of that state.
The bill has received endorsements from several organizations, including the National Rifle Association (NRA), the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), and Gun Owners of America (GOA).
Senate Majority Leader John Thune is among the cosponsors of this legislation. Other supporters include Senators Kevin Cramer, Tommy Tuberville, Cindy Hyde-Smith, Bill Hagerty, Mike Lee, Tom Cotton, Jim Risch, Marsha Blackburn, Pete Ricketts, Rick Scott, James Lankford, Katie Britt, Lindsey Graham, Bill Cassidy, Cynthia Lummis, Ted Budd, Ron Johnson, Tim Sheehy, John Kennedy, Mike Crapo, Steve Daines, Eric Schmitt, Todd Young, Dan Sullivan, John Barrasso, Jim Banks, Tim Scott. Bernie Moreno also supports the bill along with Deb Fischer Jerry Moran Mike Rounds John Curtis John Boozman Joni Ernst Roger Wicker John Hoeven Markwayne Mullin and Shelley Moore Capito.
