Rep. Sharice Davids, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Kansas' 3rd district, shared her thoughts on various topics through a series of tweets. Born in Frankfurt, West Germany, and residing in Roeland Park, Davids has been a congressional representative since 2019 after replacing Kevin Yoder.

On January 29, 2025, Rep. Davids commemorated Kansas Day by expressing pride in her state. She tweeted: "Happy #KansasDay! From the Flint Hills to Kansas City, our state is full of history and hardworking folks who make it great. Proud to serve #KS03 and celebrate everything that makes Kansas home."

Later that day, she criticized President Biden's executive orders for not supporting working-class families as promised. In her tweet from January 29, 2025, she stated: ".@POTUS promised to help working-class folks — but his executive orders do the opposite. They benefit special interests while making life more expensive for families." She also mentioned her efforts to prioritize Kansans and invited readers to view her essay published in Newsweek.

On January 30, 2025, Rep. Davids expressed concern over a plane crash involving a flight from Wichita to Washington D.C., stating: "I'm closely monitoring reports of the plane crash involving a flight from Wichita to D.C. My thoughts are with the victims, their loved ones, and all those affected." She acknowledged the efforts of first responders at the scene.
