Rep. On April 22, 2025, Davids posted, "Fentanyl is taking too many young lives — and we have to act." She emphasized the urgency of addressing the crisis and her efforts to collaborate with leaders in education, health, and law enforcement to discuss its impact on students and strategies for ensuring their safety.

In another post on April 24, 2025, she announced, "Good news: Funding has been TEMPORARILY restored for a key manufacturing assistance program that helps Kansas small businesses grow and compete." Davids highlighted her role in advocating for this temporary funding restoration and reiterated her commitment to securing a permanent solution.

Later that day, Davids expressed her admiration for a local organization through her social media. She noted, "Walked away from Safe Home in OP feeling inspired. Their team is helping families escape abuse and rebuild their lives." Davids expressed pride in supporting Safe Home's mission and gratitude for the work they do in assisting families in challenging circumstances.

Rep. Sharice Davids, born in Frankfurt, West Germany in 1980, holds a BA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a JD from Cornell University. She resides in Roeland Park and continues her advocacy for Kansas’ 3rd district through legislative and community efforts.
