Saturday, Feb. 1: Olathe West Senior High School standout Willie Ponce’s college team wins to Texas A&M Kingsville Javelinas

On Saturday, Feb. 1, former Olathe West Senior High School standout Willie Ponce’s current college team, the Eastern New Mexico Greyhounds, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Texas A&M Kingsville Javelinas.

The game took place at McCord Field. This was their second matchup against the Javelinas this season.

The Greyhounds’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 5 p.m. at McCord Field against Texas A&M Kingsville Javelinas.
