Olathe West Senior High School standout Alex Birge’s college team won in NCAA Division I baseball game on Monday, Feb. 17

On Monday, Feb. 17, former Olathe West Senior High School standout Alex Birge’s current college team, the California Golden Bears, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Nevada Wolf Pack.

The game took place at Evans Diamond at Stu Gordon Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Wolf Pack this season.

The Golden Bears’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 6 p.m. at Evans Diamond at Stu Gordon Stadium against Houston Cougars.
