Monday, Feb. 17: Olathe South Senior High School standout Gavin Blachowicz’s college team loses to Grand Canyon Antelopes

On Monday, Feb. 17, former Olathe South Senior High School standout Gavin Blachowicz’s current college team, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, lost 3-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Grand Canyon Antelopes.

The game took place at Brazell Field at GCU Ballpark. This was their first matchup against the Antelopes this season.

The Cornhuskers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 6 p.m. at M. L. Tigue Moore Field at Russo Park against Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns.
