Wednesday, Feb. 19: Shawnee Mission West High School standout Brandon Stone’s college team wins to Queens Royals

On Wednesday, Feb. 19, former Shawnee Mission West High School standout Brandon Stone’s current college team, the South Carolina Gamecocks, won 7-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Queens Royals.

The game took place at Founders Park. This was their first matchup against the Royals this season.

The Gamecocks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 4 p.m. at Founders Park against Milwaukee Panthers.
