Former Blue Valley North High School standout Blake Garrett played on Thursday, May 22 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship

On Thursday, May 22, former Blue Valley North High School standout Blake Garrett’s current collegiate team the Pittsburg State Gorillas lost 5-7 against the Central Missouri Mules in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Crane Stadium at Tompkins Field at 3 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Central Missouri Mules in the tournament.

The Pittsburg State Gorillas’ next game will take place on Friday, May 23 at 12 p.m. at Crane Stadium at Tompkins Field.
