Olathe South Senior High School standout Gavin Blachowicz’s college team won in NCAA Division I baseball game on Friday, Feb. 28

On Friday, Feb. 28, former Olathe South Senior High School standout Gavin Blachowicz’s current college team, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, won 8-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Sam Houston Bearkats.

The game took place at Riders Field. This was their first matchup against the Bearkats this season.

The Cornhuskers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 4 p.m. at Riders Field against LSU Tigers.
