On Friday, March 7, former Blue Valley Southwest High School standout Charlie Christensen’s current college team, the Central Arkansas Bears, won 11-10 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Evansville Purple Aces.

The game took place at Bear Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Purple Aces this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 4 p.m. at Bear Stadium against Evansville Purple Aces.
