On Sunday, March 30, former Olathe South Senior High School standout Gavin Blachowicz’s current college team, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, won 16-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Oregon State Beavers.

The game took place at Hawks Field at Haymarket Park. This was their third matchup against the Beavers this season.

The Cornhuskers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 2:30 p.m. at Hawks Field at Haymarket Park against Creighton Bluejays.
