Rep. Sharice Davids, who represents Kansas’ 3rd district in the U.S. Congress, shared updates on her recent legislative and constituent activities through a series of posts on July 24, 2025.

On July 24, Davids wrote about her bipartisan efforts to address air safety: "Yesterday, @RepTroyNehls and I led a bipartisan air traffic control listening session to hear directly from aviation experts about how we can improve air safety, staffing, and efficiency. Keeping our skies safe is something we all agree on."

Later that day, she highlighted her office’s work assisting constituents with federal issues: "When Linda was at her wit’s end trying to navigate a complicated Social Security issue, she turned to my office as a last resort. We got it resolved and helped bring her family some peace of mind."

In another post from the same day, Davids described meeting with an advocacy group focused on disability rights: "Met with the Kansas Council on Developmental Disabilities (@KS_DD_Council) to talk about breaking down barriers and building a future where every Kansan can thrive."

Sharice Davids has represented Kansas’s 3rd District in Congress since 2019 after succeeding Kevin Yoder. She was born in Frankfurt, West Germany in 1980 and currently resides in Roeland Park. Davids holds degrees from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (BA) and Cornell University (JD).
