The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Sharice Davids, Sharice for Congress, refunded $10 to Marcia Manter on April 18, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Sharice for Congress has refunded $11,871 total since Nov. 1, 2020.
