Rep. Sharice Davids, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress representing Kansas’ 3rd district since 2019, recently shared updates on various community engagements through a series of tweets. These posts highlight her involvement and interest in local educational institutions, community traditions, and business developments.

On February 12, 2025, Rep. Davids commended Johnson County Community College (JCCC) for its role in providing affordable and high-quality education as well as workforce development. The following day, February 13, 2025, Rep. Davids announced a community initiative involving delivering valentines to local veterans. She invited constituents to participate by dropping off valentines at her Overland Park office by the end of the day to be included in this special tradition for Kansas' 3rd district (#KS03). She also extended gratitude towards Kansas National Education Association (@KansasNEA) for their assistance in this effort. "Last chance to share the love! My team and I are delivering valentines to local veterans tomorrow."

Later that same day, Rep. Davids highlighted her visit to Hill's Pet Nutrition, a longstanding company based in Kansas known for creating quality jobs and contributing positively to pet health and happiness. She expressed pride in witnessing the impact of this homegrown business firsthand. "@hillspet has been a staple in Kansas for generations — creating quality jobs and keeping pets happy and healthy."
