U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, representing Kansas, marked National Agriculture Day with visits to key agricultural sites in the state. At Tractor Supply, discussions focused on expanding rural broadband access. The company is noted as the largest rural lifestyle retailer in the U.S.

The visit to Flickner Innovation Farm included conversations about new irrigation technologies and research into fertilizer application systems. The farm serves as a hub for testing innovative agricultural practices aimed at improving soil health and water conservation.

In Wichita, Senator Marshall toured Cargill Innovation Center's facilities. Discussions there centered on food safety innovations and product consistency testing. Cargill is recognized globally for its role in providing diverse products and services across various sectors.
