On Sunday, March 2, former Olathe Northwest High School standout Ashlyn Gaughan’s college team won in an NCAA Division II softball game

On Sunday, March 2, former Olathe Northwest High School standout Ashlyn Gaughan’s current college team, the Washburn Ichabods, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Minnesota State Mavericks.

The game took place at Mid-America Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Mavericks this season.

The Ichabods’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 1 p.m. at RiverHawks Park against Northeastern State Riverhawks.
