Friday, March 14: Olathe East Senior High School standout Blake Venneman’s college team loses to Newman Jets

On Friday, March 14, former Olathe East Senior High School standout Blake Venneman’s current college team, the Missouri Western Griffons, lost 4-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Newman Jets.

The game took place at McCarthy Field. This was their first matchup against the Jets this season.

The Griffons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 1 p.m. at McCarthy Field against Newman Jets.
