On Saturday, March 8, former Olathe West Senior High School standout Alex Birge’s current college team, the California Golden Bears, lost 6-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Duke Blue Devils.

The game took place at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. This was their second matchup against the Blue Devils this season.

The Golden Bears’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 12 p.m. at Durham Bulls Athletic Park against Duke Blue Devils.
