On Saturday, March 8, former Blue Valley High School standout Chase Jans’ current college team, the Nicholls State Colonels, won 15-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders.

The game took place at Ben Meyer Diamond at Ray E. Didier Field. This was their second matchup against the Islanders this season.

The Colonels’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 2 p.m. at Ben Meyer Diamond at Ray E. Didier Field against Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders.
