U.S. Senator Roger Marshall visited Schwan's pizza production plant in Salina, Kansas, this week. Schwan's is a national food production company with facilities across the United States. During his visit, Senator Marshall toured the Salina plant, observing the nearly completed cold-storage expansion and the production of pepperoni pizzas.
Schwan's has become the largest pizza manufacturer in the country, producing over 100 million pizzas annually. The new cold storage facility at their Salina location is set to enhance its role as a distribution hub nationwide.
"Schwan’s is known for its high-demand, top-quality food products," stated Senator Marshall. "I am grateful for the jobs they have brought to western Kansas, and look forward to their continued success."
